Ocean Partners Consulting, a marketing, CRM and AI consultancy operating from Barcelona and Dubai, builds longevity clinic marketing around memberships and assessment-led programmes. We combine educational ads on Meta and Google, an AI agent that answers enquiries within minutes, a CRM that nurtures prospects over weeks, and member journeys that support renewal, with every claim reviewed against DHA advertising standards.
Why longevity clinic marketing needs patience and structure
Longevity is a growing category in Dubai, and the emirate is building a regulatory framework around it: in June 2026, Law No. (17) of 2026 established the Dubai Longevity Authority to develop the emirate as a hub for regulated longevity, wellness and advanced healthcare. As that framework takes shape, expect the rules around how longevity services are described and sold to evolve too.
For a centre, the commercial challenge is different from a physiotherapy or general practice:
- Long consideration. People compare programmes, read and ask questions for weeks before committing.
- High ticket. Memberships and comprehensive assessments are significant decisions, often made with a partner.
- Trust before transaction. Prospects need to understand the method, the team and the evidence before they book.
- Renewal is the business. A membership only pays off if members see value and stay.
Ads that push “book now” to cold audiences struggle in this context. What works is a sequence: educate, invite, consult, convert, retain.
How the five layers work for a longevity centre
The structure is the same five-layer system we use for every centre, tuned to a longer decision cycle.
Attract: education-led campaigns
Meta and Google Ads per programme, built around an entry point that is easy to say yes to: an initial assessment, a consultation, a talk or an open evening. Landing pages explain the method, the team and what is and is not included, in plain language and without outcome promises.
What a longevity landing page should explain
Prospects for longevity programmes want to understand before they book. Each landing page we build covers:
- Who the programme is for and who it is not for.
- What the initial assessment includes and how long it takes.
- The professionals involved, with titles as shown on their DHA licence.
- What happens after the assessment, and what a membership includes.
- Price or price range, if you choose to publish it.
- A low-pressure next step: a consultation, a call or an open evening.
Respond: answers in minutes, without medical advice
An AI receptionist answers WhatsApp, Instagram and website enquiries at any hour. It explains the programmes using approved information, asks about goals and timing, proposes a consultation and hands over to your team. It never interprets test results, never suggests treatments and moves any health detail out of public channels.
Convert: nurturing in the CRM
Each programme has its own pipeline: enquiry, consultation booked, consultation attended, assessment purchased, membership started. Prospects who are not ready receive a consented nurturing sequence over the following weeks. Reception and advisers see every touchpoint before they call.
Retain: member journeys
- Onboarding sequences for the first weeks of membership.
- Scheduled check-ins and invitations to reassessments.
- Reactivation for people inactive for one month and for six months or more.
- Launches of new programmes to existing members.
- Review requests where appropriate and consented.
Measure
Cost per consultation and per new member, consultation-to-membership conversion, response time, renewals and reactivated members. Because the cycle is long, we also track how many nurtured prospects book a consultation over the following weeks, so campaigns are judged on the memberships they eventually produce rather than on the first week of results.
Claims compliance for longevity services
Longevity sits close to the line on claims. DHA’s Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media (DHA/HRS/HPSD/ST-21), recirculated to private-sector facilities in August 2026, apply to DHA-licensed facilities and professionals. Among other things, the standard:
- Rules out absolute and exaggerated wording such as “100%”, “miraculous”, “the best” or “immediate results”.
- Requires advertising to be substantiated, especially on outcomes, and to include associated risks.
- Restricts professionals to the titles on their DHA licence, explicitly listing labels such as “anti-ageing specialist” as not acceptable.
- Prohibits content that induces fear about health to increase demand.
On data, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 treats health information as sensitive personal data. Assessment results and biomarkers stay in your clinical system and never enter the marketing CRM. We review every claim and your medical director approves before publication, but we do not give legal advice.
Who it’s for
- Longevity and preventive health centres with memberships or comprehensive assessments.
- Recovery and premium wellness centres with programmes of several weeks or months.
- Teams of three or more professionals who want predictable membership growth rather than relying on referrals alone.
What we don’t do
- We don’t promise lifespan, biological age or health outcomes in any advertising.
- We don’t diagnose or interpret results, and neither does our AI agent.
- We don’t work on pure aesthetic medicine.
- We don’t make social media the core of the plan. It is optional.
Plans for longevity centres
Most longevity centres start with Capture, from AED 6,000 a month, covering one or two programmes in campaign. Centres with several programmes and active member bases usually move to Scale, from AED 9,000 a month, which adds member sequences and two campaigns a month to the base. Setup starts from AED 15,000; prices exclude VAT. See the plans and pricing page and, for the CRM side, HubSpot for clinics.
Next step
Book the patient acquisition audit. In two weeks we map your path from first enquiry to membership, identify where prospects drop out and review your current claims for your medical director. The AED 4,500 fee is deducted from the setup if you sign within 30 days.
